Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedicine students will celebrate their commencement or return to the 2014 academic year with a bang on Thursday 27th February, as part of the Annual Student Convention. As the School celebrates “Fabulous and Forty: Engaging Students of the Future” as the convention theme, students will have the opportunity to network with both employers and industry partners as well as exploring the range of career pathway options within the nursing, midwifery and paramedicine professions.
Recent Curtin graduates will share their experience of making the transition from study to qualified professional as part of the Graduate Panel session and Regina Browne from Grad Connect will be discussing the nursing and midwifery Graduate Program online application portal, outlining the application process and when to apply. The Careers & Employment Centre staff will also outline the support students can access with preparing for both the nursing and midwifery Graduate Program application process and graduate level positions.
