This workshop is designed to give you an idea of your working style as each of us have the ability to work across a number of team roles. People also generally have a preference as to how they best work in teams.
Knowing a little more about yourself in relation to teams can provide clarity around the types of roles that you will apply for and assist to strengthen performance at interview particularly in relation to working autonomously or as part of a proactive team and also give an indication as to how you best prefer to be managed.
