Each year, the Yellow Pages publish the Yellow TM Social Media Report on how Australian people are using Social Media and how this reflects on businesses. They survey over 800 consumers and almost 2000 businesses to get a social media usage snapshot.
This year they noticed the shift in the younger generations to using much more visual content in Snapchat and Instagram – according to Forbes, there is an estimated 50 million people (with a median age of 18) using Snapchat.
