Just a quick note today because we know you’re all busy prepping for exams. Hope you’re happy with what you achieved over study week and are feeling confident about the next couple of weeks.
If you are a little nervous, worried or stressed, here’s some simple quick tips that may help:
Clear your mind, close your eyes and take slow deep breaths.
Eat nutritious meals and stay hydrated
Maintain your usual sleep pattern. Your brain needs rest too!
Get outside, exercise, do something just for you!
Plan your travel route, know your exam times and locations.
If these tips don’t help and you’d like some more advice, or just someone to talk to, Student Wellbeing may be able to help.
If you’re on Bentley Campus, drop into Curtin Connect B102, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Select a Student Wellbeing ticket and a concierge will direct you to the confidential space.
