Stress less tips

Just a quick note today because we know you’re all busy prepping for exams. Hope you’re happy with what you achieved over study week and are feeling confident about the next couple of weeks.

If you are a little nervous, worried or stressed, here’s some simple quick tips that may help:

Breathe
Clear your mind, close your eyes and take slow deep breaths.

Eat
Eat nutritious meals and stay hydrated

Sleep
Maintain your usual sleep pattern. Your brain needs rest too!

Self-care
Get outside, exercise, do something just for you!

Plan
Plan your travel route, know your exam times and locations.
