Conservation Volunteers Australia is a national, not-for-profit, community based organisation offering a wide range of conservation projects right across urban, regional and remote Australian locations including tree planting, seed collection, endangered species protection, weed control, mulching, flora and fauna surveys, walking track construction/maintenance, fencing and environmental monitoring. Volunteers participate as part of a team on practical conservation projects and are given induction and training on all conservation tasks undertaken, along with safety training and supervision. Our website will give you an overview of our projects and structure.

Australia’s largest practical conservation organisation. Conservation Volunteers Australia runs at least two local conservation projects weekly (Mon – Fri & some weekends) in the Perth metro & regional areas. Local projects are free, require no experience or skills and participants can volunteer for one day or as many days as they choose; transport is provided.
