- Develop skills for future employment, including leadership, communication, presentation and influencing skills
“WesCEF’s program builds on the framework we receive at University, and taught me how to manage real problem solving situations. The project I completed was critical to the Fertilisers business – ensuring operations remain safe and sustainable, and a safe work environment for every person walking into one of the Fertiliser plants.” Jessica Edward - Vacation Engineer, Mechanical with CSBP Fertilisers, 2020-2021

Recognised as a safe, reliable and innovative industry leader, we offer an inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity and the uniqueness of individual talents, experiences and ideas.
